tapestry™ Media
InPhase’s tapestry™ media is a photopolymer material. Data are recorded by exposing the media to the light of a laser that is encoded with the data. The robust photopolymer material has been tested to 50-year archive life and can be safely archived in a normal office environment. Since the media is not susceptible to magnetic interference, it cannot be damaged by magnetic fields that cause information loss on a tape or disk. tapestry™ media also provides true write-once-read-many (WORM) data protection, achieved through a photochemical recording process that guarantees the data cannot be altered once recorded.
There are currently 4 tapestry™ Media formulations, optimized for various functions in the development cycle.
