Kevin Curtis, Ph.D.
President and CEO and Chief Technology Officer
Kevin has more than 15 years experience leading product development and research teams. He has 12+ years experience with business development having negotiated many development and IP licensing agreements. He raised the initial $14 million investment round to start InPhase and participated in raising the subsequent ~$80M. Prior to co-founding InPhase, Kevin was a member of the technical staff at Bell Laboratories where he directed the efforts of the holographic storage program upon which InPhase was founded. He has served as both the General and Program Chair of the Optical Data Storage Conference and is on the Advisory Board. Kevin received his BS, MS, and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, California

Lisa Dhar, Ph.D.
Vice President of Media Development
Lisa was a principal investigator and media lead at Bell Labs. She holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from MIT.

Adrian Hill, Ph.D.
Vice President of Firmware and Software Engineering
Adrian has over 25 years experience in software and firmware development in R&D companies. He has been working on holographic data storage for the last 14 years; first at Bell Laboratories, and then as one of the founders of InPhase Technologies. Prior to joining Bell Laboratories, Adrian was a founder of GaAsCode Ltd. (U.K.), a successful software company that was acquired by Accent Optical Technologies in 2001. Adrian received his BS, MS and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from University of Natal, Durban, South Africa.

Dave Kempf
Chief Financial Officer
Dave has over 24 years experience as a finance executive with public and private companies ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to high tech start-ups. He has extensive experience in raising venture funds, as well as establishing and managing all aspects of financial reporting and controls for public institutions.

Liz Murphy
Vice President of marketing
Liz has over 25 years experience in the storage industry as VP/GM at StorageTek, various marketing, R&D and IT positions at Hewlett-Packard, and as a research analyst at SRI International.

Rusty Rosenberger
Vice President of Business Development
Rusty has 24 years experience in document image management and data storage industries. He was Director of Business Development at Imation Corp, and held numerous other related business and technical positions at Imation and 3M Company. He was elected to two (2) terms as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Optical Storage Technology Association (OSTA).

Bill Wilson, Ph.D.
Chief Scientist
Bill has worked on holographic and photonic systems and materials for 20 years. He was a distinguished member of the technical staff at Bell Labs and holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Stanford University.
